What's required for the proper delivery of WasteBusterz services?We require that the customer reserves any elevator that is needed for the removal prior to our arrival at the job site. A job is subject to cancellation (no refund) or additional fees if a needed elevator is unavailable for access and use.

How much vertical clearance is needed for the WasteBusterz trucks to get through?A clearance space of 10×10 feet is required for our trucks to safely pass.

How much do your services cost?The cost varies based on different factors, but you can get a general idea on our services page. Once you have filled out our simple booking form, a WasteBusterz representative will contact you to determine the scope of the job further. Once we understand your needs, we will provide an upfront-estimate. However, this price is subject to change if upon arrival the job’s conditions have changed. We require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your service, to secure your appointment. Additional fees apply for jobs scheduled after 5:00 PM, Sundays and holidays.

Do you give free estimates?Yes, we give free estimates for basic services! For large, vague, or particularly complex jobs, we will send a representative to assess the job for a $30 non-refundable fee, which can then applied to your service. Some various factors that can determine the accuracy of the estimate include: stairs, floor level, distance from elevator, distance to and from junk truck, extremely heavy junk, and extreme hoarding. We try our best to be as accurate as we can so that our customers have a realistic idea of the cost of each job. NOTE: Please understand that the price of jobs that are not assessed prior to our team’s arrival on site can be subject to change if it is larger than expected. We will be sure to inform you of these changes if they were to occur.
